All orders are subject to written confirmation, including product specifications, quantities, pricing and delivery timelines. Any amendments to agreed terms must be authorised in writing prior to production.
SAINT CLAIR GROUP is committed to delivering high-quality men’s outerwear in accordance with approved designs and standards. While we maintain strict quality control procedures, minor variations in colour, fabric texture or finishing may occur due to manufacturing processes and material availability. Payment terms, including deposits and final balances, must be honoured as outlined in the invoice agreement before dispatch of goods.
All intellectual property, including designs, branding and proprietary patterns supplied by clients, remains the property of the respective owner and will be treated with strict confidentiality. SAINT CLAIR GROUP reserves the right to update these terms where necessary to reflect operational or legal changes. Continued business engagement constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of these Terms and Conditions.
